Mr. Nisar Patel, Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Engineering at Bottero Developments, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in engineering and recent legal practice. As a practicing lawyer specializing in Civil Litigation, Construction Law, and Real Estate Law, he was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2021. Nisar holds memberships with Professional Engineers of Ontario and earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

With a background spanning 23 years in Project and Construction Management, Nisar has become a distinguished Construction Professional. His expertise covers comprehensive Project Management for civil engineering projects, coupled with proficiency in real estate law, including Construction Act 2018, Construction Lien, Construction Claims, and Contract Agreements.

In his role as VP of Corporate Affairs at Bottero Development, Nisar provides crucial technical oversight and expert guidance for projects. He contributes to advising the management team on agreements and contractual matters, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient project completion. His expertise extends to corporate commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, incorporations, leasing, and crafting commercial agreements. In the realm of real estate, Barry oversees complex commercial property transactions and provides strategic guidance in real estate financing.
